Rigid plastic recycling machine refers to a type of machine used to recycle rigid plastics, which undergoes a series of processes including plastic classification, cleaning and crushing, melting and extruding into strips, cooling, and plastic strip pelletizing to become recycled plastic particles. There are many types of recyclable hard plastics, such as:
PP: Polypropylene, used for margarine tubs, yogurt containers and some plastic tableware.
HDPE: High-density polyethylene, used to make milk jugs, detergent bottles and some toys.
LDPE: Low-density polyethylene, used for plastic bags, squeezable bottles and some food packaging.
PVC: Polyvinyl chloride, used for pipes, floors, window frames and some food packaging.
PS: Polystyrene, used for disposable cups, plates and tableware.
